Payment

Payment may be made by any of the above methods and will be debited when we dispatch your order. The total amount you pay is the same, regardless of the payment method used. Your credit/debit card issuer will charge a handling fee for currency conversion.

All orders on this site will be charged in British Pounds Sterling. All orders are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

VAT

Deliveries to the UK and EU include VAT at 17.5%. Deliveries outside of the UK & EU are not liable for VAT. The VAT will automatically be deducted from the cost of the goods at the checkout stage, when the delivery address is selected.

Internet Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges relating to products purchased from the SoleTrader online store website. Please note that the SoleTrader website is separate from the highstreet stores and shop store products should only be returned to a store.

We accept Internet returns and exchanges via the post and through any of our high street stores, as long as they are in saleable condition, in their original undamaged box/packaging and are accompanied by a returns note. Please return goods within 28 days.

By Post:-
Internet goods must be sent in their original box/packaging and in secure outer packaging, along with the returns note. Please state whether you require a refund or exchange on the returns note.

Please make sure you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage.

Exchanges are subject to availability and additional postage costs.

Unless the goods you are returning are faulty or incorrect, we do not refund the initial delivery charge to you and goods are returned to us at your own expense.

At a store:-
Internet goods can be exchanged or refunded at any of our stores (click here to locate your local branch), please take along the returns note and your delivery note as your proof of purchase.

Please note that refunds can only be made to the card that was originally used to purchase the goods, which you must bring with you.

Incorrect or Faulty Shoes:-
If we have processed your order incorrectly or the shoes are faulty they can be returned or exchanged by post or to any of our stores, as detailed above. Postage costs will be refunded to your card.

All goods returned as faulty, will be inspected for a manufacturing defect. If deemed faulty a full refund or exchange will be given and postage costs will be refunded.

Please note that all returns should be sent to us in their original box. Both shoes in the pair should be returned to us, even if only one shoe is faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
