Choose your email provider/client, then follow the instructions to ensure our emails go through to your inbox:
Log in to your account and click on ‘Options’. Click on ‘E-mail Settings’.
Click on ‘Block e-mail from addresses I specify’ to expand out the menu. Click on ‘Allow e-mail only from addresses I specify’.
Then enter ‘email@example.com’ and click on the ‘+’ icon. Click on ‘Save Settings’.
Hover over the sender’s name and click on ‘Add to contacts’.
Open a message you’ve received from us in your inbox/junk folder.
Hover over the ‘from’ address, then hover over the three dots at the bottom. Click on ‘Add to contacts’.
Click ‘Save’ to confirm.
Find a message from us in your inbox/junk folder, then right click on the sender, hover over ‘Junk E-mail’ and click on ‘Add sender to safe senders list’.
Click on the Settings icon at the top, then click on ‘Options’.
Click on ‘Safe and blocked senders’.
Click on ‘Safe senders’.
Enter firstname.lastname@example.org and click ‘Add to list >>’
