This is a key role in furthering our online business. We place great emphasis on innovation, understanding customers’ expectations and aspirations, and maximising our digital marketing opportunities. We are seeking a talented graduate who is able to manage a department while working in a hands-on marketing role. You will be proactive and innovative, responsible for planning, delivering, executing and reporting all online marketing activity. You are able to bring strong proven technical and analytical skills along with project management and digital marketing expertise together with instinctive commercial awareness to the role. The role reports directly to the CEO. SOLE|TRADER is a highly respected footwear retailer with over 50 stores and a successful online business.

 The duties / responsibilities include: · Co-operative Marketing – meeting with brands to arrange promotions & incentives · Marketing Calendar – creating and updating a seasonal calendar of instore and onlinemarketing activity · Social Media – co-ordinating and contributing to all channels including facebook, twitter, instagram, Pinterest, and blogs. · Checking marketing, print, web invoices · Budget – maintaining and updating a spreadsheet of marketing expenditure and income · Sourcing seasonal plasma movies · Communicating with brands for up to date information, eg.POS, logos · Ordering POS, leaflets, labels, brand tickets, tags, disks, graphics · Sourcing and negotiating cost effective print Visual Merchandising: · Updating merchandising plans and visual merchandising manuals · Co-ordinating new store openings · Dealing with store marketing material requests · Producing memos for sales, clearance and promotions · Updating seasonally and issuing the Company Dress Code · Design – involvement in updating in house materials / sourcing new design · Miscellaneous – a range of other related responsibilities
