Payment and Returns
We accept the following methods of payment:-
• VISA Debit
Payment may be made by any of the above methods and will be debited when we dispatch your order. The total amount you pay is the same, regardless of the payment method used. If your bank account is in a different currency than GBP - for example if you live outside the UK, your credit/debit card issuer may charge a handling fee for currency conversion.
All orders are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
All orders on this site will be charged in British Pounds Sterling. If your bank account uses a different currency than British Pounds Sterling, your bank may charge a
handling fee for currency conversion.
Deliveries to the UK and EU include VAT at 20%. Deliveries outside of the UK & EU are not liable for VAT. The VAT will automatically be deducted from the cost of the goods at the checkout stage, when the billing address is selected.
Internet Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges information only relates to products purchased from the SOLETRADER online store website. Please note that the SOLETRADER website is separate from the highstreet stores and shop store products should only be returned to a store.
We accept internet returns and exchanges via the post and through any of our high street stores, as long as they are in saleable condition, in their original undamaged box/packaging and are accompanied by a returns note. Items cannot be returned in person to our warehouse. Please return goods within 28 days.
Incorrect or faulty items may be returned to us by post or to any of our high street stores. All goods returned as faulty will be inspected or a manufacturing defect. If we deem the item to be faulty a full credit or exchange will be given.
Unfortunately, orders placed with PayPal cannot be returned to our high street stores. Please send them to us by post using the details below.
Internet goods must be sent in their original box/packaging and in secure outer packaging, along with the returns note. Please state whether you require a refund or exchange on the returns note.

Please make sure you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We recommend using Recorded Delivery so that you have a signed record of your return.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed from the date on which we receive the parcel back.
Exchanges are subject to availability and additional postage costs.
