Returning your unwanted items to a SOLETRADER store is one of the best ways to make a return.

 - You can return your order to any SOLETRADER* store.

 - Returning to store is free and is sorted on the same day.

 - To find your nearest store, please click here.

*Please note we are currently unable to accept returns within our Fenwick and Bentall concessions for purchases made through SOLETRADER online or in-store. Likewise we cannot accept refunds for purchases within the concessions at our Soletrader stores.

In the UK, you can also return with Royal Mail.

  1. Click here or scan the QR code on your despatch note or click the link in your despatch email to log in to your order on our returns portal.
     
  2. Select Royal Mail and generate your return label. You may also have the option to print this at your parcel drop-off point.
     
  3. Take your return to you nearest Post Office.

InPost (UK) £3.70

Instant Returns with InPost Lockers - no label needed.

Return in just 10 seconds without having to queue or print a label.

  1. Click here or scan the QR code on your despatch note or click the link in your despatch email to log in to your order on our returns portal.
     
  2. Select InPost and generate your InPost QR code. 
     
  3. Scan your InPost QR code at your local locker and put the parcel inside.

DPD (UK) £5.11

In the UK, you can also return with DPD.

  1. Click here or scan the QR code on your despatch note or click the link in your despatch email to log in to your order on our returns portal.
     
  2. Select DPD and generate your return label. You may also have the option to print this at your parcel drop-off point.
     
  3. Take your return to you nearest drop-off point.

Generating a return label is quick and easy:

  1. Scan the QR code found on your delivery note or click the link found in your despatch email.
     
  2. You will then be taken to our returns portal with your order return details preconfigured and ready to go. No data entry needed!
     
  3. Simply select your prefereed return method and follow the on-screen instructions.

Refunds are issued once we have received the item, in saleable condition, to one of our stores or distribution centres. We are not liable for any damage or loss whilst the return is in transit.

Please ensure the box is secured with parcel paper or plastic wrap with the returns paperwork enclosed. The box and item must be returned in a sellable condition. Please note that we are unable to refund gift cards once they have been despatched.

All items should be returned in their original packaging and unworn.

When trying on for fit, please use a carpeted area indoors.

Please complete the returns section of your delivery note and enclose with your item.

Exchanges are subject to availability. 

Postal charges will only be refunded if the item is proven to be faulty.

Items returned as faulty will require an inspection and we will contact you once that inspection has taken place.

 

RETURNING BY POST

Please note that postal charges must be paid for by the customer and will only be refunded if the item is incorrect or proven faulty. If you choose to return by post, please send to SOLETRADER Internet Returns, Unit C, Swallowdale Lane, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7EA.

 

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 5 working days after we receive the item back from you.  

We will refund the full cost as per invoice, excluding additional shipping cost, using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction. There won’t be any fees as a result of the cancellation and refund from our side. No reason for cancellation is needed as long as the goods are unworn, the item is in the original packaging and returned within 90 days from the date of receipt of delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.
