After you have paid for your item(s), you will receive an Order Confirmation email, which includes your order number. If you login to Your Account you can see the status of your order under the tab "My Orders".
When your item is despatched from our warehouse we will send you a delivery confirmation by email. This is the second email we send you (the order confirmation email is the first) and it contains your tracking number; you can track your order using this tracking
number via www.parcelforce.com.
To do this, visit the Parcel Force website, and in the box 'Track my parcel' enter the code we gave you in the email.
